John is available at the Grove City and Hermitage Offices.

Educational Background:

John earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Slippery Rock University of PA in 1988, a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Slippery Rock in 1990 and a Doctoral Degree in Counseling Psychology from Brigham Young in 2005.

Areas of Expertise:

John’s areas of expertise includes but is not limited to addictive behaviors, including alcohol, drugs, pornography, gambling, eating, sexual, work, and shopping; co-morbid/dual diagnosis, depression and other mood disorders, anxiety, phobias, survivors of abuse and/or trauma, anger management, parenting skills, communication skills, couple and family services, adolescent and childhood disorders, chronic and severe mental illness and obsessive compulsive disorders.

John Enjoys:

His family which includes 9 children and 4 grandchildren (with another one on the way), walking, “tinkering around” his home, his church work, reading, listening to music, genealogy.
